 After a brief and somewhat unexpected career as a pro golfer, Stefan Peirson landed at the Roaring Fork Club as a golf coach, which eventually lead to another unforeseen turn—a long and successful career in residential real estate. Now with over 30 years of experience in real estate sales Stefan founded One White Glove in 2019 as a solution to the largest complaint he heard from his luxury clients:  "I don't feel I am getting what I pay for and I pay for things I did not ask for."  Stefan believes that constantly meeting clients needs and cultivating relationships are the keys to long-term success.

  Hooked on the hospitality business after working at a ski resort during weekends and holidays through high school, Maite has been in the industry for thirty years and, most recently, as the Senior Vice President of a successful luxury vacation rental company. Maite takes pride in being a strong leader and setting the pace for all the teams she works with (including her clients, colleagues, and mentored young women). Maite is equipped with the confidence and knowledge to deliver top-notch service and exceeds all expectations in the property management and vacation rental business. Fearless and always working towards building solid partnerships and adding a fantastic inventory of luxury homes to the rental market. When she is not a superwoman managing beautiful luxury homes, she’s traveling and immersing herself in other cultures, whether on a beach or in the mountains. Usually, on travels, she finds the next challenging golf course with her partner in crime. Otherwise, chilling at home, cooking, and hanging out with the dog is as sweet as it gets.

Never afraid of water-cooler talk or a mid-task pet, Aker manages the company's happiness factor. A master at what he does, this canine finds himself amidst every daily task that is important or non-important; it doesn't matter as long as he gets his accolades. He performs OWG's perimeter house-checks at alarming speeds and with pinpoint accuracy. Aker holds degrees in sublime beatitudo, mindfulness, hair, treats, nudging and love.
